About Us

DrLullaby is a clinician-led, mission-driven team transforming how behavioral sleep care is delivered. We pair evidence-based protocols with thoughtful technology to expand access to high-quality insomnia treatment. Our work is grounded in gratitude, data, innovation, and heart — and we're building a community where clinicians feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.

Why This Role Feels Different

Many psychologists are carrying heavy caseloads, managing crisis-driven work, and feeling isolated in virtual settings. At DrLullaby, the experience is intentionally different:

  • Flexible caseload volume — Begin with approximately 15 weekly sessions, with room to grow toward 25–30 as your caseload builds.
  • True schedule autonomy — See patients any time of day, any day of the week.
  • Predictable, rewarding clinical work — Insomnia treatment is structured, brief, and highly effective; CBT‑I improves symptoms for 70–80% of patients.
  • A real community — Weekly consultation, operations touchpoints, grand rounds, and a warm team culture led by a practicing clinician.

Role Overview

We are seeking part-time psychologists (with the option to grow to full-time) who are energized by virtual care and interested in becoming experts in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.

Experience with CBT‑I is not required — we provide comprehensive training by board-certified BSM clinicians, plus 1:1 and group supervision to prepare you for board certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Begin with ~15 weekly session openings, with interest in growing to 25–30. To consistently reach those numbers, clinicians typically open about 30% more slots to account for natural variability in cancellations and no‑shows.
  • Use DrLullaby's software to review patient data and message patients between sessions to support outcomes.
  • Complete intake and follow-up notes within 72 hours (AI Scribe provided to reduce documentation burden).
  • Provide assessment reports to patients the day before each session.
  • Participate in weekly Thursday group consultation, weekly Thursday operations meetings, and grand rounds every third Thursday.
  • Engage in individualized supervision during onboarding and beyond if in training.
  • Embody DrLullaby's core values: Gratitude-first, Data-Centric, Innovators, Heartful, Solve-Focused.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate from an APA-accredited program; APA-accredited internship preferred.
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist: PSYPACT or PSYPACT-eligible.
  • Cannot reside in: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, HI, LA, MA, MS, MT, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA.
  • Demonstrated success delivering telehealth care.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools for patient engagement and documentation.

Preferred

  • Credentialed with BCBS, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and UHC (helps expedite onboarding to our contracts).

Why Join Us

  • Free, high-quality training by Board-Certified BSM clinicians, including 1:1 and group supervision that prepares you for DBSM certification (typically costs $200–$400 per hour).
  • A clinician-led company that prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and heart, with a supportive community and predictable, rewarding clinical work.
  • A mission-driven team improving national sleep health and expanding access to evidence-based insomnia care.
  • Financial support that reduces your out-of-pocket costs, including:
    • Stipends toward health insurance for full-time caseloads.
    • Cost-sharing for new state licenses you obtain while with us.
    • Cost-sharing for DBSM certification expenses.
    • Weekly bonus opportunities tied to compliance and patients served.
  • $65–$75 per hour, depending on supervisor status, with additional earning potential through bonuses and stipends.

We understand that taking a payor mix means we aren't the most competitive on rate — but I assure you, we are the most amazing group of humans and have an unmatched community.
